The information below is frequently asked questions (FAQs) before taking out a lease with us.

Can I order by phone?
Absolutely! Please contact our call centre toll-free at 1-866-823-3279. An easyhome customer service representative will be happy to help you place your order.

What type of payment do you accept online?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard and Visa Debit. We’re pretty flexible with payments, so you can also choose to make your initial payment in store or on delivery – it’s up to you. We will be adding other payment options in the near future and will be sure to keep you posted.

Why do you need 3 references, my landlord and employer’s contact info? What are you going to ask them?
We understand privacy is important to you, we also take it very seriously. Your 3 references will strictly be used to validate your home address and income to ensure you experience a smooth purchase and delivery with us. If for whatever reason we can't get in contact with your references, we may ask you for additional information such as paystubs and a utility bill to verify your information.

How will my product be delivered?
Once your order is successfully completed, your product will be conveniently delivered by our easyhome service delivery team. The closest easyhome store to your residence will call you to confirm your delivery date, time and take care of any further questions you may have.

When will I receive delivery of my product?
Once your order is submitted online, our customer service representatives will verify your information, which typically takes 1-2 business days. After our representatives confirm your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that best fits your schedule.

I forgot my username, how can I find it again?
Don’t worry we can help you out with that! The email you used to register on easyhome.ca is your username as well.

I forgot my password, how do I get another one
We know it’s a pain to remember so many online passwords, right!? If you ever forget your easyhome online password, just click on this link and follow the instructions!

How do I change my personal information?
If at any time you want to make changes to your personal information, it’s quite easy. Simply log-on to your account and look to the left side of your screen, you will see “My profile”, that’s where you can make all the necessary changes to your profile. If you're visiting an easyhome store, just ask one of our store associates and they will be more than happy to help.

You said you deliver in days, but when I checkout, I get a 2-4 week delivery date - what happened?
There are cases where demand for a particular model is higher than we had anticipated. In these cases, we show you a delivery date that includes the time it will take for us to restock and deliver to your home. In many cases we will be able to fill your order quicker. Feel free to contact us with any urgent requests and we will do whatever possible to get you your product ASAP!

I just placed an order online and I want to modify or cancel it, what do I do?
No problem at all, our customer service team will be able to help you out. If you have completed an order and have received a confirmation email, please write down your order number and contact our call center at customersatisfaction@easyhome.ca or by phone at 1-866-823-3279.

There is a problem with my product and I need it serviced, who do I contact?
The original store that delivered your product will be glad to take care of all your service needs. With our Total Protection Coverage plan, there is no additional cost to you for any service needs that may occur due to regular wear and tear of your merchandise.

I just received delivery of my product and it is damaged, who do I contact?
Not to worry, simply contact the original store who delivered your product and they will be glad to take care of all your service needs.

Where can I make payments?
Your initial lease payment and subsequent lease payments can be made in-store or online, the choice is yours! To register for online payments, click this link and sign-in or create an account. You must have received your product delivery prior to being able to make your regular lease payment online.

I want to change my payment period. Can I do this online?

Unfortunately, all account changes need to be made in-store. Your local easyhome store would be happy to assist you.

I am having difficulty registering for online payments. Who do I contact for help?
For assistance with online payment troubleshooting, please contact your local easyhome store or our national call center at customersatisfaction@easyhome.ca or 1-888-528-3279.
